The council have not thought this through properly. There is no consistent approach to how the environmental impacts will be mitigated and no proper studies have been undertaken to show the impacts on local flora and fauna. In addition to this, the new plans do not adequately address the issue of tranport. The local public transport is not set up to cope with addtional users (that will be introduced due to the plan). Affects on Other amenities such as schools and hospitals have not been properly addressed either. The whole proposal needs to be rethought and modified to include these issues and now I think we should consider if these changes are actually necessary or if they could be paused or even postponed or removed completely as I think they are are unnecessary and not required in this location at all. I feel there will be many others who agree with me on this matter
