I believe Policy H4 needs a complete rewrite. It doesn’t align with national housing policies or meet our 2018 Local Plan’s standards. The current approach fails to address self-build and custom housing needs properly, leaving local residents underserved. Additionally, our infrastructure can’t support these plans as they stand.

Thanks for your considered points. We will make changes to policy H4 to better align with national policy as suggested.
