Upon careful consideration of the ongoing proposal, I am increasingly concerned about its direction. It heavily emphasises economic growth while inadequately addressing crucial areas like public health, community engagement, and environmental conservation. The lack of a clear strategy to promote inclusive housing for low-income families stands out as particularly alarming. Moreover, without solid commitments to protecting green spaces and local biodiversity, we risk sacrificing the very essence of our community. I believe that a more holistic and inclusive approach must be taken to truly reflect the diverse needs of our district, thereby safeguarding its future for the generations to come.
