Emphasising growth is appropriate, yet we must know how such growth can coexist with pressing environmental concerns. The climate crisis isn’t merely an abstract concept; it must be factored into every layer of our strategic policies. The proposal must provide clear, actionable steps for addressing climate concerns alongside housing and commercial development. Without a distinct vision for an eco-friendly strategy, we risk exacerbating issues rather than alleviating them.
